Sails 20, Anchors 6
The Sails got off to the first lead of the game when Cooper Hambor connected with Bryson Janke for a touchdown. The Anchors responded with a touchdown of their own with Gabriel McKinney hitting Jaxon Lewis for the touchdown to tie the game at the half. In the second half, the Sails’ Mitch McGuire found Cooper in the endzone to take the lead by a touchdown. Mitch connected with Bryson to convert the two-point conversion to put up a 14-6 lead. The Anchors’ defense tightened down after that with help from Riley Pruey, Calvin Gray, and Izayah Vilagi. The Sails’ defense played well throughout the game as Liam Vale’s pass coverage proved effective. The Sails’ scored on the final play of the game when Landon Rexrode scrambled for a long touchdown run to put the score at 20-6.
Beacons 20, Lighthouses 13
Declan Bright found Mathew Wank for a breakaway score in the first quarter and 6-0 lead. Declan connected with Daniel Braun for the successful conversion. The Lighthouses responded with a score and conversion of their own when Brody Smith hit Wilkin Santana in the endzone. Brody and Wilkin connected again with the one point conversion to climb within one of the Beacons’ lead. After the half, Teagan Joles caught Brody’s pass for the touchdown that put the Lighthouses in the lead. The Beacons bounced back when Declan intercepted a Lighthouse pass and returned it for the score. The back-and-forth game featured outstanding defense by the Beacons’ Kavryn Koran and the Lighthouses’ Alexander Santana and Brayden McCarthy. Gannon Michalski’s touchdown pass to Daniel Braun closed out the scoring for the game and put the Beacon’s ahead for good.

Admirals 25, Navigators 18
The Admirals and Navigators changed leads several times throughout this fun and competitive game. Bryce Gillispie’s touchdown pass and conversion to Peyton Kallay on the opening drive provided the Admirals with a 7-0 lead. The Navigators responded when Ben Allen threw a score to Evan Murphy to cut the Admiral lead to one. Bryce once again connected with Peyton Kallay for the score before the half. In the second half, Bryce threw a touchdown to Peyton Wilson. On the next possession, the Navigators’ Vinnie Catri intercepted a short Admiral pass for the score. Bryce responded with an interception of a Navigator pass. But the Navigators took the lead when Vinny Phelps scrambled for a touchdown during an Admiral blitz on their next possession. Matteo Alvarez intercepted an Admiral pass to regain possession of the ball. However, the Admirals’ resolve could not be stopped. Bryce threw a third touchdown of the day to Peyton Kallay. When the Navigators’ looked like they could tie the game, Ben Fazekas intercepted the pass to seal the game. Domanick Fletcher and Kacen Koran played well on defense for the Admirals while Julia Allen, Cienna Alvarez, and Channing Delgado made the plays on defense for the Navigators.
Mariners 26, Captains 0
The Mariners’ Zackary Haynes threw four touchdown passes to Tyson Sherwood, Mitch Bukovac, and Samuel Jablonski. Andrew Butterfield, Connor Englebrecht, and Cole Clair provided the snaps, blocks, and tackles for the Mariners’ win. The Captains’ Eric McCulley had some nice passes to his receivers, including Isaac Gray, Brooke Pruey, and Chloe Pruey. Cale Milliman played some quarterback and once again made impressive defensive plays. The Mariners look to continue their momentum into next week while the Captains look to move ahead and bounce back.
